The team is led by Mike DePastino, the principal and owner of Constant Computing.

We are unique in that most of our team members are able to handle the management of the entire IT infrastructure independently on their own – in contrast to being trained and proficient in only certain skills or portions of the overall landscape. This helps to eliminate gaps and oversight of critical issues such as cohesion and security.

Our team also provides an efficient combination of remote management and onsite personal attention.

Mike DePastino is a founding partner of Constant Computing and now serves as president of Constant Computing as well as lead Network Administrator. Mike has served local businesses across many industries in the South Florida area for nearly 20 years.

After starting off in telecommunications while serving in the US Army, Mike settled into South Florida and built his first company supporting businesses and residential clients with all of their IT needs. Within 6 years, this company had serviced over 2,500 clients with multiple full-time technicians on the team.

After a few years of growing the IT infrastructure of a small four person law firm into one of the largest 100% woman owned practices in the state of Florida, he and his business partner launched Constant Computing.

Mike and his team, have successfully implemented and supported a wide range of IT and business solutions including Windows environments, server virtualization, accounting systems, networks, security/auditing, video surveillance systems, custom business solutions, mobile device management, business continuity, disaster recovery solutions, cloud computing platforms, customer relationship software, and team collaboration solutions.

Kevin Boldt, Principal Consultant

Kevin has successfully procured/installed/configured/maintained Windows servers, simple and complex networks, backup systems, individual computers, video security systems, and phone systems. Maintenance activities include monitoring the performance and health of systems. He also has used his technical instructor background to provide end user training in a variety of topics.

He has successfully implemented new business system processes including accounting, workflow, security, production tracking, transportation tracking, and documentation management.

Paul Cohen, IT Technician

Paul has extensive experience at end-end user support and junior network administration. His specialties include troubleshooting computer hardware, troubleshooting end user issues, training end users in usage of their computers, software & devices, troubleshooting printer issues, network and internet connectivity, workstation configuration & customization, security software, network configuration, backup solutions, help desk, coordinating on IT issues, and network monitoring.

David Lutz, Projects

David has an extensive knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems as well as Microsoft Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Skype for business, Hyper-V, and Microsoft System Center. He has in depth knowledge of Active Directory and group policies. He has been working with server virtualization since the initial release of VMWare and Microsoft Virtual PC through to their current iterations.

David also has extensive knowledge of networking including routing, switching, firewall, video surveillance, large scale project management and VPN connections. He has configured and supported a wide range of firewalls and routers. He has expert knowledge of wireless, video surveillance, and access control technologies from multiple vendors. He is knowledgeable in troubleshooting and supporting fiber networks as well as copper Ethernet, VOIP systems and other telecommunication systems.
